Scope of Work
Most projects touch more than one of these areas. This is how we think about the work when we scope a job.
We build in-ground concrete (gunite/shotcrete) and vinyl-liner pools from initial layout through startup: excavation coordination, steel and plumbing, the equipment pad, tile and coping, interior finish, and the electrical and bonding work that ties it together. We design the hydraulics — pipe sizing, suction and return velocities, skimmer and main-drain balance — so the system runs quietly and turns the whole pool over without fighting itself.
Leak investigation, structural crack repair, re-plumbing, valve and skimmer replacement, light and niche work, and interior finish repair on both plaster and vinyl. On spas we handle jet and blower plumbing, heater replacement, and control-pack swaps. When a recurring problem is really a design problem, we say so and give you the option to correct it rather than patch it again next season.
Circulation pumps, cartridge and sand/DE filters, gas and heat-pump heaters, salt chlorine generators, chemical controllers and feed pumps, valve actuators, and flow and level controls. We install and configure automation so lighting, heat, water features, and pumps run on a schedule you can adjust from your phone. Converting a single-speed pump to variable speed usually pays for itself in energy use within a couple of seasons.
Sheer descents, spillways, bubblers, and vanishing-edge basins, along with the pumps, plumbing, and controls behind them. We also service non-pool recirculating water systems such as fountains and display water, where the mechanical problems are the same family as pool equipment.
Scheduled visits that cover testing and balancing water chemistry, cleaning or backwashing filters, checking equipment for wear and leaks, and logging what was done. Plans are month-to-month and sized to the pool — a heavily used outdoor pool that stays open through winter needs a different schedule than a seasonal residential pool.
